Diagnostic Imaging Alberta is seeking an experienced Administrative Support professional to provide high level, comprehensive support to the Provincial Program Directors. This role manages a broad range of administrative and secretarial responsibilities, coordinates initiatives across the provincial program, and serves as a key resource to leadership and team members. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal communication, confidentiality, flexibility, and initiative while managing urgent and routine requests in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint is required to support document development, enhancement, and records management. Experience designing or improving electronic tools and applications for project, process, or record management is considered a significant asset. This role offers the opportunity to support a provincial program serving patients and healthcare teams across Alberta. Additional Required Qualifications:A minimum of a high school completion with diploma in business administration is preferred plus five years progressively responsible related experience. Training in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and PowerApp design. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Effective time management, critical thinking, and prioritization skills. Excellent English communication, written, spelling, grammar and proofreading skills. Awareness of general office policies and procedures including, but not limited to, financial policies, electronic communication requests system, Freedom of Information and Privacy (FOIP), human resources and expense claims systems.
Preferred Qualifications:Ability to lead change and creation innovative solutions for complex, diverse, and sensitive issues. A combination of education, skills and experience may be considered.
