Administrative Support III
Your Opportunity:
The Administrative Support III serves as the first point of contact for individuals accessing Community Mental Health and Addiction Services, providing a professional, welcoming, and compassionate presence both in person and over the telephone. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility and reliability, as this is a casual position designed to provide coverage during staff absences. This position requires a high level of administrative proficiency and sound judgment to support complex processes, departmental practices, and service delivery initiatives. Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This role is well suited to an individual who brings both technical administrative expertise and a genuine commitment to supporting individuals experiencing mental health and addiction challenges.
