Administrative Support IV
Your Opportunity:
The Acute Care Addiction Recovery Program (ACARP), Recovery Response Team, and Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic are seeking an Administrative Support IV (AS IV) to join our collaborative and welcoming team. These programs provide patient-centered, evidence-based, and recovery-oriented care to individuals experiencing problematic substance use and social vulnerability. Through an interdisciplinary approach, the teams support patients in working toward recovery goals, improving overall well-being, and strengthening social determinants of health. Reporting to the Care Manager, the Administrative Support IV is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, providing administrative and operational support across all three clinics. Responsibilities include greeting patients, booking and coordinating clinical appointments, managing pending consults, arranging follow-up appointments, maintaining clinical service coverage schedules, preparing meeting materials and minutes, initiating and composing correspondence, ordering office supplies, completing data entry and time entry, scanning, sorting doctor’s billing and supporting overall clinic workflows and deadlines. The successful candidate demonstrates strong multitasking, organization, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment managing competing priorities. Professionalism, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team are essential. Understanding the purpose and goals of recovery-oriented services and contributing ideas that support team functioning and patient care are highly valued. This is an onsite position, interacting directly with patients and team members.
