Administrative Support IV
Your Opportunity:
The Administrative Support IV is an advanced position that supports the Central Services Managers and their team. The incumbent is responsible for providing complex administrative office support and is expected to ensure the effective and efficient management of a wide scope of responsibilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: scheduling of the Central Services Managers; supporting recruitment activities, acting as a scheduling liaison for Central Services; directly responding and following up on designated matters. The position is also responsible for working on short- and long-term assignments on a variety of issues relevant to education, accreditation, workplace health & safety, emergency preparedness, processes, quality projects and best practice as well as event planning/oversight. The incumbent will use extensive independent judgment in interpreting guidelines to meet objectives and find solutions to problems. Additionally, the incumbent identifies and reports potential issues/risks. This position requires exceptional skills in organization, project management, decision-making, and handling of confidential information. Responsibilities vary over a diverse range of portfolios and the incumbent must be able to multi-task with efficiency and competence. Good communication skills and the ability to work with other members of the administration team are required.
