Administrative Support V
Your Opportunity:
This position provides specialized administrative support in a leadership and clinic role for Rural West Addiction and Mental Health Clinics. Requires an ability to work well in a team environment, understanding of the purpose, goals of the team and the ability to bring forth ideas to assist the team. Must be able to work independently in a complex environment, be able to work under pressure handling multiple tasks, changing priorities and short deadlines. The Administrative Assistant V is responsible for ensuring the effective function of the office, assuming a leadership role to ensure that administrative support, human resource, site and building operations functions are performed to a consistent standard. The Administrative Assistant V ensures that ongoing planning and general development takes place within the clinics. Must demonstrate flexibility, initiative and a high degree of organization. Must demonstrate judgment and discretion in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential issues. The position requires flexibility in hours to accommodate the demand of workload. Maintains a positive and professional image in dealing with a variety of issues of varying complexities which require diplomacy, tact and confidentiality. This position would work closely with other Administrative Admin V within CZ AMH. Responsibilities will include supporting Managers and clinics with the processes of Workplace Health and Safety, Iprocurement, Markview, Fleet Management, facilities and supply management. Electronic and paper record management as well as contract management support is an expectation of role.

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:A minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years providing support to administrative leads in a clinical setting.
Preferred Qualifications:Graduate of post-secondary secretarial or office/business administration program is required. Combination of experience and education may be considered. 5 years experience in an Addiction and Mental Health Community setting. Seasoned technical and professional experience as well as experience working with a diverse group of people in a rapidly changing environment.
