The Barrhead Mental Health and Addiction clinic has an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you'll provide crisis intervention, assessment, consultation, referral, case management, and treatment to persons experiencing mental health difficulties and/or substance use issues. You'll work both independently and collaboratively, using best practices in mental health therapy to help clients generate achievable goals for stabilization and change. In this generalist role, you’ll work with adults, youth, and children with diverse concerns, provide hospital consult support in our ER/Acute Care department, and support weekly walk-in clinics. You'll have the support and mentorship of a Clinical Supervisor, ongoing opportunities for professional development, and the ability to make a real difference in the lives of our community members.
