Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Valid class 5 driver's license and a clear 5 year abstract. BLS Level C. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention. 2-3 years' previous experience working with persons living with mental illness.
Preferred Qualifications:Past experience working with mental illness strongly preferred. Demonstrate understanding, patience and sensitivity when relating to clients and families. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand and follow treatment plans and recommendations made by healthcare professionals. Experience using Connect Care is considered an asset.
